An installation made of polyethylene for direct dropwise irrigation of plant roots has been designed and constructed. The fundamental element of the devices a dropper permitting an exact control of water out flow connected with the feed pipe by pressing it into holes cut out in the pipe. The injection-moulded drop per comprises a case and a mandrel screwed in into the case and ending with a nozzle needle.Dissemination of such method of irrigation could result in big savings of water and contribute to a better growth of plants, Hus being of big economic importance.
