Summary

The process of fixation of organometallic catalysts of a-olefin polymerization on the support surface can be represented as a set of subsequent and simultaneous stages, namely: diffusion of substrate into the porous support particle, chemical reaction of substrate with the support functional groups, formation of a complex of substrate with the products of its reaction with functional groups of the support, and, finally, adsorption of substrate and products of reaction on the substrate-modified support surface. These scheme served for the development of a mathematical model of Ziegler-Natta catalysts formation on a support surface.
