An aggregate for filling of tyres with urethane elastomers
The construction and performance of aggregate for filling of tyres with a multicomponent polyurethane composition have been described. The principle of aggregate is based on continuous countercurrent mixing of two polyurethane components (polyol and isocyanate components). The reacting mixture is injected directly in to the inner space of the tyre. Thus tyres are resistant to puncture or tearing and maintain their traction properties with out emergency stopping of the automobile.
