Summary

In the paper, two types of nanofiltration polymeric membranes are examined using modern techniques including zeta potential measurement, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The authors argue that the presented techniques are suitable for the complementary determination of physicochemical properties of polymeric nanofiltration membranes and consequently give information necessary for the proper selection of amembrane for a particular application.
