Summary

The effect of the injection moulding pressure and of the clamping time during injection moulding of toothed wheel from polyamide material containing graphite and/ or molybdenum disulphide on the kinematic gear ratio of belt transmission with these wheels was investigated. The optimum values of the essential injection moulding parameters for graphite and MoS2-containing material, in respect to the mean value of kinematic gear ratio (ik = 0.500) were established.
