Summary

PUR elastomer has been obtained from toluylene diisocyanate (Izocyn T-80), polyesterdiol of adipic acid and 1,6-hexylene glycol (Poles 70/20), and 1,4-butylene glycol in the solvent-free reaction of polyaddition. The simple thermal analysis method (measurements of mass changes of samples during isothermal heating at 180, 220, and 260 °C) has been applied for investigation of an influence of various commercial stabilizers on the thermal stability of PUR elastomer. The temperature of initial fast decomposition of PUR elastomer, equal to 250 °C, has been determined by the derivatographic method. The most effective amongst the investigated stabilizers is Irganox 1010.
