The effect of Ig (immunoglobulin) concentration and pH value of the medium on the sensitivity of latex tests has been investigated. General regularities were established related with the process of proteins adsorption on the surface of polymer particles. The higher was the concentration of protein in solution during adsorption tests, the lower was the tendency of polimer latex to agglomerate. When adsorption takes place at pH values of the medium close to the isoelectric point of a protein, the polymer suspension loses its stability. The specifity of latex tests depends on the degree of saturation of polymer surface with protein. It was shown that the strength and the rate of binding of (β-LP (lipoproteides) with the surface of microparticles is much higher than in the case of remaining proteins.
