A new method of the iterative determination of the true calibration relationship in GPC expressed by the non-linear universal calibration has been described. The broadening effects of the apparatus are eliminated in the course of calculations. In this method, it is sufficient to use only one characterized polymolecular standard of the polymer and the previously determined values of the parameters of linear calibration as well as the parameter of broadening, concerning this standard. The practical application of this method has been demonstrated in the case of two polymolecular polystyrene samples.
