The effect of the filler contents and cross-linking degree of silicone rubber on the course of diffusion of selected organic compounds has been studied. The values of the diffusion and solubility coefficients decreased with an increase in the filler content. An opposite effect has been observed when increasing the content of vinyl groups. This could be explained by changes in the microphysical structure of polymer. The magnitude of the above mentioned effects was much smaller than In the case of penetrant changing.
