The influence of some organic compounds on the spectral sensitivity of epoxvesters of cinnamic acid derivatives
The influence of some organic compounds on the spectral sensitivity of several epoxyesters of cinnamic acid derivatives has been investigated. It has been observed that only some of the compounds used shift the range of light sensitivity of these photopolymers into the range of visible-light wavelengths. Some compounds act as sensitizers for one photopolymer and desensitizers for another. The transfer of the excitation energy from sensitizers to the light-sensitive group of photopolymer takes place on the route of the triplet state of the sensitizers.
